Colect for Holy Fashion Group

"A complete spirit change to digital that helps us stay ahead of our clients’ expectations"

What Holy Fashion Group wanted

From a traditional to a modern way of selling

Holy Fashion Group includes the international premium fashion and lifestyle brands Joop!, Strellson and windsor., specializing in high-end men’s and women’s wear. In 2017 they wanted to upgrade their sales process and decided to make a digital transformation for a modern and efficient ordering process.

How Colect Contributed

A smart and efficient order process

Previously, Holy Fashion Group's sales process was very manual and time-consuming. They printed emails and filed them in books, and manually adjusted assortments and orders. Physical lookbooks were expensive, quickly outdated, and messy with handwritten updates. Colect's digital sales tools streamlined the entire order process, making it more efficient and insightful. Holy Fashion Group appreciates the time savings and comprehensive coverage of digital sales, and how storytelling in digital lookbooks effectively conveys the brand's spirit.

Working with the Sales App, B2B Webshop and Digital Showroom

The Sales App lets representatives instantly order unavailable items for clients, increasing order volume and supporting order proposals. The B2B Webshop drives more direct client orders, reducing email and phone contact. The Digital Showroom provides select clients with a premium, exclusive live showroom experience featuring customized assortments.

Digital head-start during Covid

Already using Colect's digital sales tools for over two years when the 2020 pandemic hit, Holy Fashion Group was well-positioned for remote client service. They creatively maintained brand experience through designer collection videos and model fit videos. The company estimates they would have lost 20-30% of their turnover during the first pandemic year without online sales capabilities.

The Result

Lowered costs to serve and digital thinking

Holy Fashion Group has fully embraced digital sales, representing a major internal transformation. Their 80 sales representatives, leverage 80-90% of Colect's smart sales tool functionalities. The resulting financial benefits include the elimination of substantial printing costs previously associated with quickly outdated sales documents and physical lookbooks. These savings are now strategically reinvested in reusable, multi-purpose digital photography optimised for remote selling.

Service costs drop while level rises

Holy Fashion Group’s customer service has seen efficiency increase thanks to digitalized sales processes; their service level is rising, while costs drop. This is partially thanks to self-serviced reordering with the B2B Webshop for which no contact with the service team is required. Ever since they started working with Colect, Holy Fashion Group feels they are able to stay one step ahead and give clients the reassurance that they are in the lead with them. Even, or rather: especially, during these unprecedented times when digitalisation is key.

We are 100% more digital than before and love the developments we’re making in this partnership with Colect. Our expectations just keep on growing- Jörg Storch
