Colect helped Denham to digitalize their sales process with the Sales App. Sales reps went from manually submitting data and working directly in the Microsoft Navision ERP-system to a smooth and customized app-based order intake process. Recently, Denham upgraded with the B2B Webshop to facilitate remote selling and guide clients during the recruitment and sales process.

100% of Denham’s sales reps use the Sales App, 80% of their clients use the B2B Webshop. With the Colect Sales App, Denham was able to speed up their sales process and make it more efficient. Managing cancellations pre and mid season improved drastically. With the upgrade of the B2B Webshop, functionalities such as Lookbook and Shop-the-look increased sales remarkably.
