Required skills & experience:

  • 3-5 years experience as project manager/integration manager in a technical/digital B2B environment, with a successful track-record
  • Experience in organizations that develop and sell a SaaS, digital or other technical related B2B product is a real plus
  • Education level: University or HBO degree (preferably in Technology or Project Management area)
  • Good knowledge of technical connectivity, data mapping, software configuration, and ideally software development would be a plus
  • Real customer-centric approach and passionate about onboarding new clients and overall customer success
  • Strong personal drive; no one needs to push you to excel; it’s who you are
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment, can adjust your priorities on-the-fly, visible problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and foster effective client and internal relationships, also at C-level
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
  • Great listening, multi-stakeholder management and presentation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in German and English, a further other European language would be a plus
  • Flexible to travel to clients across Europe, with a key focus on the DACH region

What will you do

  • Lead onboarding and technical integration of, and with new clients
  • Manage new product releases / rollouts and other client related and facing projects
  • Creative in finding pragmatic solutions and workarounds to satisfy clients and help drive new business
  • Support Sales team in preparations of RFI/RFP/RFQ requests and Technical Sales aspects to help Sales team close new deals
  • Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders on client side
  • Manage Customer Success Activities: on-boarding and training; product updates; cross-sell/upsell; and overall customer success management
  • Support, and be a back-up for the customer success department on configuration or technical queries
  • Identify and advocate customer needs / issues cross-departmentally
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Colect’s product suite, related software (eg. ERP packages), industry trends, and other relevant topics
  • Work closely in a team environment and contribute to the growth and forward movement of the company
  • Miscellaneous cross-functional administrative tasks
