Required skills

  • 5-7 years’ experience managing customer operations, support, onboarding teams, with a proven track-record
  • Relevant experience in SaaS / software sector for B2B clients
  • Technical degree at HBO level
  • Wide technological background in Software - Answer a wide range of software related questions related to communication protocols, software design, security protocols, ERP related questions, relevant privacy regulations such as GDPR and more
  • Strong leadership skills – ability to optimally organize and build a team of professionals serving and supporting B2B clients
  • Strive for constant improvement, automation, innovation, and efficiency gains eg. Knowledge center
  • Real customer-centric approach, skilful in managing of all technical aspects of the customer implementation and support lifecycle
  • Determined to resolve and communicate on technical and business related issues
  • Strong personal drive, high energy hand-on; no one needs to push you to excel; it’s who you are
  • Thrive in a multitasking environment, can adjust your priorities on-the-fly, visible problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, Dutch would be a further plus

We support the entire Sales/eCommerce journey for fashion and home & interior clients with a SaaS based platform that offers various digital solutions. This role oversees all customer operations, a team involved in onboarding new clients, support implementation of new products, and supporting customers with technical questions and resolving user issues. You play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and centricity, and constantly striving to improve the customer experience together with our product and technology team, and external partners.
