Required skills

  • Technical education (MBO4 or HBO level) and some first experience as a frontend developer
  • Creative, design focussed and strive to make the smallest details just work
  • Great feeling for what looks just right; colors, fonts, spacing, images, themes
  • Excellence in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript programming
  • Experienced in making sites responsive and looking great on any screen
  • Good feeling for UI and UX design elements
  • Customer centric, able to inspire customers with creative ideas
  • Intellectual curiosity and drive to develop good code base, follow and deploy latest techniques, and continuous improvement
  • You are very comfortable in Dutch, English (verbal & written)

What is our challenge

Our platform provides a web based engine that allows our customers to not only sell their products online (B2B and B2C), but also manage their customers remotely. This webshop engine can be customized in great detail to our customers requirements. This is mostly done by choosing one of our many templates and adjusting this to the customers wishes. Sometimes the customer requires an entirely new template and this needs to be developed as well. These templates are based on HTML, CSS and JavaScript. They can contain complex logic and need to work together with the shop engine. Our main challenge is that we have many customers (current and new) who seasonally require a new look and feel to their webshop experience.
