Who are you
As UI/UX Designer at Colect, you’ll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences.
Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing product & feature designs that address our customers’ needs.
You have an eye for design esthetics and have a basic technical knowledge
You’ll work with product managers and our development team. Together you’ll deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products.
You can lead the design efforts and direction and have an opinion on product design.
You work well in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment with a professional, fun and thriving culture. You are a team player, communicate well, are digitally savvy, and have a great passion for building and maintaining high-quality technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and guard the design style & principles over all products & services.
- You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
- Map the customer journey for the specific roles within the products by talking to customers and users.
- Create high-quality product mockups and prototypes in collaboration with our development team, Q&A, and product managers
- Support the marketing team with creative designs, like email headers, DM’s, social, hand-outs, and slide decks.
Must-haves
- Five or more years of experience in product design also on Mobile
- Strong eye for detail and a preference for minimalistic design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Proficient in Figma
- Experience with atomic design systems
