Required skills & experience:

  • 5+ years of Sales experience with a strong track-record
  • Experience in SaaS, B2B, fashion wholesale or related organizations is a real plus
  • Large relevant network within the German fashion (wholesale) & related industries
  • Education level: University or Hochschule degree preferred
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeded annual targets
  • Ability to develop and foster effective client and internal relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
  • Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and excellent written & verbal communication in English
  • Residing in Nordrhein-Westfalen, preferably in Düsseldorf area 

What will you do

  • Responsible for the sales cycle to generate new sales/revenue in the German/DACH fashion market
  • Develop and execute successfully on a business plan to grow sales (new clients and upsell to existing clients) and Colect’s brand in Germany/DACH
  • Build lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at existing and prospective clients
  • Responsible for in-depth, broad-based sales presentations of the entire Colect B2B Solution suite
  • Prepare and manage the entire sales cycle, from RFI/RFP/RFQ requests to deal closure
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets to ensure company revenue objectives are met
  • Refine sales strategies to grow the business and attend industry events and trade shows to generate sales leads
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Colect’s industry, trends, and competitors
  • Work closely and establish effective relationships with key stakeholders in head office in the Netherlands, and visit this team 4-5 times per year
