Sales Development Representative

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a (preferably B2B) sales position
  • Experienced in working with modern CRM systems (we use Hubspot) or fast learner MQL, SQL and Opportunity are part of your daily vocabulary
  • Applied Sciences (HBO) or University degree
  • You speak English (and preferably Dutch) fluently.
  • Fluent in Dutch and excellent English language skills
  • Ability to develop and foster effective (international) client relationships
  • Ready to work with rapidly evolving digital technology in a commercial environment
  • Great interpersonal skills: confident, charismatic and a strong presence
  • Active listener, excellent negotiation & presentation skills
  • Experience with SaaS, B2B, fashion wholesale or related organizations is a big plus

What Will You Do

Being Sales Development Representative Lead at Colect means being responsible for generating, targeting, qualifying and nurturing new prospect customers, via various communication means (social, email, calling, trade-fairs, etc). You will highlight the key advantages and USPs of Colect, and how this will help clients drive a more efficient, effective and sustainable way of B2B sales. You will work closely with all internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Tech, and will build lasting relationships with decision makers at existing and potential clients.
