Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service (support, implementation/onboarding) of a software development company, ideally in a B2B sector
  • Really good understanding of digital applications, system connections with enterprise software (ERP/PIM/CRM, other), data/file exchanges
  • Good understanding data exchanges formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of commonly used programming languages (you do not need to be a developer), systems, networks and security
  • Strong diagnosing and problem-solving skills across Customer Service spectrum from 1st and 2nd line support, implementations, bugs, and change requests
  • Strive for customer centricity and high satisfaction, and perseverance to see a problem through to solution, and continuous improvement
  • Strong communicator, both internally and externally
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, team player, positive / can-do attitude
  • Technical degree at HBO/MBO4 level
  • You are very comfortable English (verbal & written), a further European language (German, French, Italian) would be a plus

What will you do

  • Responsible for onboarding and training new clients, ensuring data feeds and systems connections are correct, supporting configuration of App and Web solutions, give demo’s, and “train the trainer”
  • Handling and solving support requests from clients on a daily basis, prioritise projects and tasks together with colleagues from the Customer Service team
  • Act as a project manager on support issues, involving internal and external stakeholder management, overall communication, and testing of final solution
  • Be a real team player and support colleagues where/when needed
  • Make sure at all times the client can use the software/solution, and is highly satisfied
  • Analyse problems, understand rout-causes, and suggest solutions for continuous optimization and improved efficiency
  • Support clients over the phone, email and at times on trade-fairs, or at the client location
