Required skills & experience:

  • 3-5 years experience as account manager, in sales or customer success roles, with a successful track-record
  • Experience with enterprise solutions or software as a Service (SaaS) is a real plus, preferably in the fashion wholesale business or related area
  • Education level: HBO (beroepspraktijk) or University degree
  • Real customer-centric approach and passionate about growing sales to new and upselling to existing clients
  • Thrive in a multi-tasking environment, can adjust your priorities on-the-fly, are structured & process driven with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and foster effective client and internal relationships
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
  • Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English, and ideally comfortable in 1 or 2 other EU languages such as German and/or French

What will you do

  • Manage client relationships, with targets of increasing sales, adopting new products, cross- and upsell opportunities and overall client satisfaction
  • Develop long lasting and effective relationships as trusted & strategic advisor with counterparts and key decision makers on the client side
  • Assist in preparing and managing the entire sales cycle, from RFI/RFP/RFQ requests to deal closure
  • Support clients with the technical integration, on-boarding and training on the Colect product suite and execute efficient project management
  • Analyze and advocate customer requirements and product/process improvement opportunities internally
  • Support various administrative tasks such as keeping the sales pipeline and CRM systems up to date
  • Attend fashion tradeshows to promote Colect to existing and prospect clients
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Colect’s industry, trends, and competitors
  • Work closely with Head of Sales and his team and other key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and forward movement of the company
